Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. However, this email does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing error, or suspicion of fraud
Limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by resellers or distributors

If an order is canceled, any payment made will be refunded using the original method of payment.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide shipping and aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, product availability, and courier performance.

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure events such as strikes, natural disasters, or political unrest.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Return shipping costs may apply unless the error was ours.

Note: Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.
